Mandrin Homes welcomes Realtors in each and every one of our communities. We’re pleased to pay a co-op commission on the TOTAL SALES PRICE of the new Mandrin home purchased by your buyer.*
There are three simple ways** to ensure that you earn a sales commission from Mandrin Homes when your client purchases one of our new homes:
- Visit a Mandrin Homes model home or sales center with your client and register them with our onsite sales representative OR
- When your client visits a Mandrin Homes model home or sales center, they can notify our onsite sales representative that you are their Realtor. You do not need to be present. OR
- You can call or email Mandrin Homes - prior to your client visiting the Mandrin Homes community - to register them with us as your client. You do not need to accompany your client on that visit.
Then, when your client buys a new Mandrin home, you’ll earn a co-op commission. It’s that easy!

** In order to be eligible for a Realtor co-op commission from Mandrin Homes, one of the aforementioned three options must be completed prior to Realtor’s client signing a Mandrin Homes purchase agreement.
